ABOUT DR. JOHNA ZITNAY
DMD

Dr. Zitnay Dr Zitnay is a Connecticut native who is dedicated to bringing an exceptional level of dental care to her community She is known for her gentle touch and personalized care, especially when working with fearful patients.

A graduate of Saint Joseph High School in Trumbull, Dr. Zitnay went on to attend the University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio, where she earned her BS degree in Biology. Returning back East, Dr. Zitnay received her DMD degree from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Zitnay was recognized at UCONN for Outstanding Achievement in Oral Pathology.

Following her graduation from dental school, Dr Zitnay pursued a General Practice Residency at Mount Sinai Hospital. She has received extensive training in the most advanced techniques in general, cosmetic and restorative dentistry.

Dr Zitnay and her husband are the proud parents of two daughters. She jogs to keep active, enjoys sewing for her daughters, and loves to travel to interesting places here and abroad.
